These round trips are going to be live loading at pick up and there will be a preloaded trailer on the delivery side. (drop and hook).When mileage is higher we load both ways .

 We have a yardmaster that parks the trailers in the bay and a designated area where we get the trailers dropped .

 PAY:

•  0.60 CPM (we use flat floor-specialized reefer).
• Nothing less than 2500 miles weekly, up to 3500 miles depending on driver's performance .
• Selling point is the Denver presence(drivers that are money oriented drive most of the days but they can get a day off per request if it does not match the day off of his colleagues) which is every other day summer time and starting fall every night .
• $1800 - $2100 weekly on average.
• Direct deposit every Friday and our pay period is Tuesday to Monday.

Bonuses:

• Safety Bonuses: Level 1 - $1000; Level 2 - $600; Level 3 - $300;
• Referral Bonuses: $500
• $1000 Sign Bonus (for each driver, paid quarterly in a span of a year )

Equipment:

• 2019-2023 trucks  both Automatic and Manual
• All trucks come with a brand-new Mattress, Fridge, and Inverter; some have APU. 
• Trucks are governed at 71 mph.
• We use Motive as an ELD provider .
• We allow riders in our trucks at no cost.

• Health and Life Insurance
• $1500 Check-in deposit  (safety deposit for the truck that you'll be driving)
