Job description
Pay:
- $0.57-0.64 cpm depending on experience
- Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend
- OTR all 48 states – majority of freight is East of I-35 but we go where the freight goes
- Drivers average 2200+ miles per week
- ALL no-touch freight
- 50-60% drop & hook
- 40-50% Live Unload
- No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs
Other:
- 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KW’s
- Average length of haul is over 600 miles
- Operations specialist you can talk with whenever you need 24/7
- All shifts are empowered for your needs
- Orientation Site: CHICAGO USX Terminal
Benefits:
- SOB Pays $500 first load, $500 at 30 days
- Mileage bonus
3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity. Eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date - Vacation Package
• 1 year = 1 week
• 3 years = 2 weeks
• 7 years = 3 weeks
• 15 years = 4 weeks
Requirements
- Min 3 months of experience
- No serious violations on the record
- Must be 23 years old
