Pay:

• 0.56-.66 cpm split depending on each driver’s experience
• 3 weeks out minimum for 3 days at home
• 3 months Experience Required
• $12 K SOB Split or $15K SOB SPLIT!

Other:

• OTR Team Drivers run all 48 states
• NO TOUCH FREIGHT: 80% drop & hook
• Average 5500+ miles every week
• Hazmat: $150 split (or $75 per driver) per hazmat load
• Detention pay $12.50 an hour split per driver after the second hour per driver
• Layover and breakdown pay is $100
